Privacy policy

Aera (aeraos.ai) is built so a marketing department can run without you babysitting a prompt. That requires some data. This policy says what we take, why, and who else sees it.
What we collect
- Account: name, email, authentication.
- Workspace: site URL, Brand Brain, policy caps, autonomy mode.
- Work product: briefs, drafts, staged posts, ads, approvals, comments.
- Platform reports we pull for your workspace only (spend, clicks, conversions).
- Usage needed to run jobs, bill credits, and keep the Ad Wallet honest.
- Newsletter email if you join the 08:00 list.
How we use it
To operate your department — research, create, stage, buy, and brief — and to secure, bill, and improve the product. We do not sell your data. We do not train public models on your Brand Brain.
Processors
We use infrastructure vendors (hosting, database, email, payments) and AI providers to generate copy and images. When you run ads, Google and Meta process campaign data as advertising platforms. Each is bound by their terms and, where applicable, a data processing addendum with us.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in. We do not run a third-party advertising pixel on aeraos.ai for our own retargeting.
Retention
Workspace data lives for the life of the workspace. You may request export or deletion of personal data by emailing privacy@aeraos.ai. We keep records required for tax, fraud, and platform audits.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or object to certain processing. Contact privacy@aeraos.ai. If you are in the EEA/UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local authority.
Children
Aera is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 16.
