Refund policy

Short version: you add a card to start the 3-day trial. $0 today. On day 4 we charge the plan you chose, unless you cancel first. Money added to an ad account for spend is not refundable — once it’s in, that portion is spent.
3-day trial
You choose Starter, Growth, or Scale, then add a card. We authorize the card; we do not charge software until the trial ends. Cancel before day 4 and you owe nothing for Aera software. Any funds you add to an ad account during the trial follow the Ad Wallet rule below: no refunds on that portion.
Subscriptions
Starter, Growth, and Scale are monthly. Cancel or pause anytime. Cancellation stops the next renewal. We do not prorate the current month except where required by law, or if we decide the service materially failed you — email billing@aeraos.ai within 14 days of the charge.
AI credits
Credits are consumed when jobs run (research, copy, stills, video). Used credits are not refundable. Unused credits in an active period stay in the workspace until the period ends. Extra credit packs are unused-balance refundable within 14 days if no credits from that pack have been spent.
Ad Wallet
The Ad Wallet is prepaid media plus platform fee, not a software subscription. Once you add money to an ad account for spend, that money is not refundable — including unused balance. Adding funds is the spend. We do not return leftover media, platform fees, or deposits on request.
Chargebacks
Talk to us first. A chargeback on a valid charge may pause the workspace until it’s resolved.
